Remove Contacts

You can delete the entire contact list manually or by using the Excel file and our contact import feature, instead of manually selecting and deleting them in the Contacts section.

Delete several contacts automatically

If there is an Excel contact file that needs to be removed from the address book, you can simply follow the instructions for “Adding (importing) contacts”.
If you want to export a group from existing contacts, and then use this file to delete them, first follow the instructions on “Exporting contacts”. You can choose to:

• Remove contacts as a whole: This will remove them completely from your BSG account.
• Group name is indicated in the top: If the group at you would like to remove these contacts form is indicated in the file, you can select this option.
• Select ‘Remove Contacts’ as your action, rather than ‘Add contacts’. The chosen contacts will be deleted from your contacts entirely or the chosen group.
