What are transactional messages?

Transaction messages are personal informative (service) and transactional messages not of an advertising nature containing information about a particular operation/transaction performed for a certain User for which the User has provided prior express written consent (processing orders/transactions with user accounts, writing off/receipt of funds and other similar service (transaction) messages).
