How to create a template? 

1. When creating a campaign

In the text editor area, select the Templates tool.

A selection window will appear.

Here you can select previously created templates and apply them to your current messaging list or click Create new.

2. In the Templates section

You can prepare templates for future sms in advance by going to the Templates section in the top drop-down menu.

Once in the section, click Create Template

In the editor that opens, enter the name of the template by which it will be convenient for you to find it, and the text of the message.

You cannot use personalization here. This feature will be available when planning a specific campaign using a template.

Save the template. Now you can see it in the list and use it when creating a campaign.

How to edit a template

Find the template you want and click on the text in the Message field. This way you can edit the contents of the template without leaving the list.

To change the template name, click on the Title field.

After editing, click on the green checkmark in the Actions field. The edited template is saved.

How to use templates?

Use SMS templates every time you repeat sending the same campaigns.

Templates will help you save time creating text.

You can schedule messaging with the selected template directly in the Templates section.

Click in the Actions field and select Create campaign.

Moreover, all templates are, of course, available to you in the text editor for creating SMS campaigns.
