How to add your own domain?

Go to the register panel of your domain and create a subdomain such as: short.domain.com. (!) You should not use your main domain. Please use only subdomain. (!)
Create CNAME record in DNS settings of subdomain
Insert CNAME address in red frame provided by system in “Points to” field (could have another name):
Add one more string of www.subdomain.domain.com and set it up the same as the previous one short.domain.com.
In the end it should look like this:
Click “Save”. Updating the record depends on TTL setting and can take from a couple of minutes up to 72 hours.
On the Domains page - click icon for refresh the status. Once domain is in “active” status - it means you set it up correctly. If it is not yet in active status you can wait a bit more when DNS settings will be applied. If it is still not working please contact our customer care department.
