What are the types of 2FA available?

At the BSG platform, we stick to sending an OTP as the 2FA method. Currently, our 2FA service is able to use two channels for delivering OTPs: SMS and Viber.  

We aim to expand the capabilities of our service in the future and add other authentication methods. These will include biometric identity verification, identity verification via mobile applications, or identity verification through the use of physical tokens. Other ways of implementing 2FA will also be available.
