Review of the solution

What the product consists of:

• Web dashboard for configuring domains, analytics, and message templates.
• API methods for automating message sending.

Channels:

• Email: The service sends emails via the BSG server, using the client’s domains and email addresses.

Integration and data exchange:

• API: Clients can use the API to send emails to their users. Sending through the dashboard is not supported, as it is unnecessary for transactional emails.
• Webhook: Clients can automatically receive data regarding the delivery results (sent, delivered, read, etc.) via a webhook.
• Web: In the dashboard, clients configure settings and view statistics.
