Templates are ready-made voice agents. Each one is a finished scenario — instructions, conversation flow, outcomes and settings — built and tested for a specific use case in a specific industry. You choose one, hear it speak, talk to it yourself, and save it to your workspace as your own agent.
Nothing needs to be connected to start looking. Browsing, listening and holding a conversation with an agent all work on a fresh account.
Quick start
Browse the catalog and narrow it with the filters.
Hear how an agent sounds — one click, prerecorded.
Talk to it yourself in the interactive demo.
Read the template details before committing.
Install it as an agent and customise from there.
Browse the catalog
Open Templates in the Voice Agent cabinet. Each row shows the agent's name, what it does, and a set of category tags.
Filters narrow the list:
Industries — the vertical the scenario was designed for, such as Finance & Mortgage or SaaS & Technology. Other covers scenarios that aren't industry-specific.
Use cases — the job the agent does: lead qualification, reminders, win-back, payment reminders, and so on.
Traffic directions — currently Outbound, where your agent calls your contacts.
Filters combine, so you can go straight to, say, outbound lead qualification in finance. Categories are standardised across templates, which means the tags on one row mean the same thing on every other.
Hear how an agent sounds
Every template has a play button in the list. It plays a short prerecorded sample so you can judge the voice quality of the technology that template is built on — how natural it sounds, how it paces a sentence.
This is a recording, not a live agent. It's there to answer "would I be happy putting this voice in front of my customers?" in five seconds.
Talk to it yourself
Open a template and use Try for free to hold a real conversation with an agent running that scenario. It happens in your browser, with the same voice technology the template uses, so you can work through your own objections and edge cases and see how the agent handles them.
The demo has limits in place to prevent abuse, but they're generous enough to test a scenario properly.
For a real phone call, you need your own telephony and AI provider connected, plus a campaign with test numbers loaded. See Connections: telephony and AI providers.
Read the template details
Opening a template shows what you'd be working with:
Price. A per-minute rate specific to that template, reflecting its complexity and the technology it uses, shown in your cabinet's currency and billed per second. See How Voice Agent billing works.
Locales. Where the agent can be used and which set of variables supports each conversation flow.
Insights. What the agent returns after every completed call — the results it can reach, such as interested, call_back or not_interested, and the fields it extracts from the conversation.
Functions. What the agent can do beyond talking. Today that means detecting an answering machine and hanging up rather than talking to voicemail, and ending the call by itself once the goal is reached or the rules in its instructions say to stop.
Install it as an agent
Get for free in the list, or Set up for free on the template itself, saves the template to your workspace as an agent — your own editable copy. The template stays in the catalog untouched.
From there you can change the voice, the language, the variables, the results and fields, the field mappings, follow-up SMS and webhooks. See Customizing agent settings.
Install the same template as many times as you like. There's no cap, and separate agents are the cleanest way to keep runs apart — one per language if you call several countries, or one per brand if you run campaigns for more than one. Each agent carries its own settings into its own campaigns.
What a template won't let you change
The conversation flow is fixed. You can't change how the conversation is structured — the order it moves in and the underlying instructions stay as the template designed them. That guardrail is what makes a template safe to launch without anyone reviewing it first.
What you can do is give the agent more to work with. Variables like company information and FAQ exist for exactly that: put your services, your offer or your answers to common questions into them and the agent uses that detail within the same flow.
If you need a scenario of your own, use Request Custom Agent on the Templates page. The form reaches the manager assigned to your account.
