All numbers should follow the international format, which requires the country prefix. All numbers must adhere to this format; without it, you risk sending messages or calling the wrong country!
To convert to the international format, add the country prefix and remove the '+' and the first '0' from the number:
- For a Dutch number with the country prefix (+31): '0612345678' should be entered as '31612345678'.
- For a UK number with the country prefix (+44): '0712345678' should be entered as '44712345678'.
Ensure the mobile phone numbers you enter are correct and valid to save your balance on messages sent to non-existent phone numbers.
