What are transactional messages?

Transactional messages are personal, informative, and non-advertising messages that contain information about a specific operation or transaction performed for a particular user, for which the user has provided prior express written consent. These messages include processing orders or transactions with user accounts, debiting or crediting funds, and other similar service-related transactional messages.
