Forwarding Viber Messages as an SMS

We offer you the option to send an SMS message if the original message fails to deliver or if the recipient doesn't have the required application installed.

Steps to Follow:

1. Navigate to the Additional Parameters menu.
2. Check the checkbox labeled "Forward as SMS for re-sending".
3. A dropdown menu for selecting the sender name and composing the message text will appear.

This feature ensures that your message reaches the entire audience, regardless of whether they use Viber or lack an internet connection to receive messages through the app.
