As a rule, there are several basic misconceptions:
- Incorrect password specified during connection. The required password when connecting is indicated below by a red arrow. The required password consists of 8 characters, and includes numbers, letters and special characters. Password from web accounts consists of numbers only.
- Incorrectly specified data for connection. Data can only be like this:
IP\host:port : smpp.bsg.world\2730 - Your external IP address is not on the White List of connections. You need a permanent (white) IP address. You can request it from your system administrator or your Internet provider. Then you send the IP address to your manager or to our support team at: support@bsg.world
- You are trying to connect with more than one TRX bind, which is not allowed by our terms of use.
