Australia is an extremely complex SMS market and numerous filters are in place. SS7 networks are gradually all being shut down and a stable, direct connection is essential to ensure SMS delivery. 

We are using fully featured connections therefore dynamic Sender ID, concatenated SMS and delivery to ported numbers are supported.

Please consider this a friendly reminder to ensure ongoing compliance with your obligations under the Australian SPAM Act 2003, primarily that commercial SMS messages:

1. Only be sent with the consent of the recipient (the account-holder)
2. Include clear sender information
3. Contain an unsubscribe function

Please let us know if there are any special processes we should follow on our side to report SPAM to you, knowing that the nature of such issues are always urgent. Failure to comply may lead to a number of penal actions by ACMA, including formal warnings, fines and mandated account suspension.
