We are using Adaptive Routing throughout Hong Kong which will ensure several routes are constantly being tested and the optimum one will be used for your traffic.

Sender ID:

• For ChinaUnicomHK (45407) and ChinaMobileHK (45412):
  • All senders are replaced by local Hong Kong numbers to ensure delivery.
• For CSL (45400) , Hutchison (45404) , SmarTone (45406) and PCCW (45416):
  • Dynamic alpha senders within 3-11 characters length are supported,
  • Non-alpha senders are replaced by local Hong Kong numbers or “SMS” as an alpha senderID to deliver.

Concatenated SMS are supported on all Hong Kong networks.
