If you have already made so many sms campaigns that it became uncomfortable for you to view reports in the general list, set up your own filters.
To create your own filter, click on the Advanced filter link at the top of the Campaigns tab
A pop-up window for filter settings will open.
Set your own campaign selection criteria.
We tried to introduce the most flexible filtering principles.
You can filter by the content of the following fields:
- Campaign ID
- Campaign name
- Messaging type
- Sender
- Status
- Creation date
- Sending date
- Completion date
For each of these fields, you can also specify the conditions:
Equal/Not Equal + Value — to indicate an exact match.
Starts with/doesn’t start with + value — to select all campaigns which selected field starts or doesn’t start with the characters you specified.
Contains/Doesn’t contain — to select campaigns that have the characters you specify in their fields.
Empty/Non-empty — to select campaigns with a filled/unfilled selected areas.
Example #1. You want to view reports from one sender.
Everything is very simple:
- specify the field to which the condition will apply. In our case, this is the Sender field
- specify the condition: we are looking for campaigns from one sender, so we choose the condition “equal”
- enter the sender's name in the "Value" field
You can apply multiple conditions at the same time to narrow or expand your sample.
To do this, click on the Fulfill conditions switch when creating a filter and choose All or Any of.
Fulfil all conditions means that the filter will select only those campaigns that strictly fit all specified conditions.
Fulfil any condition means that the results will show all campaigns that fit either all conditions or any of them.
Example # 2 If you only need to view reports on campaigns with a specific status (“Stopped by user”) among all campaigns of a certain sender:
1) indicate that all conditions must be fulfilled;
2) select a search condition ‘by sender’, as in example 1;
3) click Add condition;
4) specify one more condition: status-equals-stopped by user
If you switch to the "Fulfil any condition of:" mode, then after applying the filter the list will include all campaigns of a specific sender and all campaigns stopped by the user (regardless of the sender's name).
You can complicate the filter settings and combine several conditions.
To do this, click Add condition block and fill in 2 or more blocks.
Then you can either apply the filter without saving and see all the selected campaigns right now, or save the filter to use it later.
To save the filter, click the My Filters button
