If you have already made so many SMS campaigns that it became uncomfortable for you to view reports in the general list, set up your own filters.
-
Access Report Section
To create your own filter go to the Campaign reports and click Create report button.
2. Select a Preset or Template:
If available, use a saved template for your report by selecting it from the "Select template" drop-down menu.
3. Configure Common Settings:
-
Name Your Report: Enter a descriptive title in the "Name report" field, like "SMS Finance Report," followed by the date and time.
-
Determine Sending Period: Set the time frame for the report using the "Sending period" dropdown—options like "Today," "Yesterday," or a custom range are typical.
4. Define the Date Range:
-
Use the "Date range" fields to select the start and end dates for the data you want to include in your report.
5. Set Detailed Filters:
-
Source: Specify if you want to include all sources or a specific one.
-
Campaign ID: Enter a campaign ID if you're going to focus on a particular campaign.
-
Senders: Filter by sender if needed.
-
Delivery %: Input a delivery percentage criteria if you want to filter by delivery success rate.
-
Number of Messages: Set a threshold for the number of messages sent if necessary.
-
Country: Choose to include data from all countries or select specific ones.
-
Status: Filter by the status of the messages (sent, failed, delivered).
-
Operator: Select specific mobile operators if you want to filter by them.
-
Conversion: Convert financial figures to a different currency if needed by selecting from the "Convert to" dropdown.
6. Adjust Group and Fields Data Settings:
-
Group Data: Check "Source" and "Sender" to group data by these parameters.
-
Fields Data: Select "Summ" to include total costs and "Source" to include the source of each SMS. Decide if you want to include "Delivery Percent" by checking the box next to it.
7. Save and Apply Settings:
-
After configuring all settings, you can clear them to start over, save them for future reports, or apply them to generate the report.
-
Click "Clear" to reset, "Save" to keep the settings for next time, or "Apply" to proceed with report generation.
8. Generate and Review the Report:
-
With the settings applied, the platform will generate the report. Once it's ready, review the data to ensure it meets your needs.
