Go to the register panel of your domain and create a subdomain such as short.domain.com.
If the main domain is already in use, do not make settings on it. Instead, create a subdomain. If the domain is not in use, you can configure settings for the main domain
Create an A record for the subdomain short.domain.com and assign it the IP address displayed in your shortURL account. For example: 185.68.16.16 (this value is provided as an example, use the address that is listed in your account).
Create a subdomain www.short.domain.com. Create a CNAME record for this subdomain and assign it the record ssx.one (this is an example, use the domain name that is listed in your account). In the end, it should look like this:
Click “Save”. The time it takes to update the record depends on the TTL setting and can vary from a few minutes to up to 72 hours.
On the Domains page, click the icon to refresh the status. Once the domain is in “active” status, it means you have set it up correctly. If it is not yet active, you may need to wait a bit longer for the DNS settings to be applied. If it is still not working, please contact our customer care department.
