What are the restrictions on using Sender ID?

Sender ID can only contain English letters, numbers, periods and dashes.
The maximum length is 15 digits or 11 letters.

It is forbidden to specify as a sender short paid numbers, the number of the recipient of the messages, as well as the names of operators, foreign Internet resources, companies and government organizations. It is also forbidden to mislead subscribers by sending messages on behalf of others.

Some prohibited options, including short numbers, can be connected via the support service after explaining the purpose of use and checking the legality of this option.

Some operators may not support the substitution of the sender's name in SMS messages or skip only the digital Sender ID.
