Why Do My Messages Get Spam Status

Unfortunately, our spam filter doesn't always work flawlessly, and it may mistakenly identify messages with regular content as spam. This is not uncommon, and such messages will undergo manual review by our agents. If no suspicious content is detected, they will be sent within 15 minutes.
