During the second step of registration, you will be prompted to specify your country and time zone. If you exit the pop-up without completing this step, you can always update these details later in the Settings section.
Impact of Country and Time Zone Selection:
1) Campaign Schedule: The choice of country and time zone influences the schedule of your campaigns. The sending and delivery times for SMS and Viber messages will be aligned with the time zone you have specified. For campaigns that are scheduled, their start times will also be displayed according to your time zone.
2) Service Availability: Selecting your country affects the availability of certain services. For instance, in some countries, adding a new sender’s name is only possible when the alpha name (sender's name) is officially registered with a telecom operator. We offer the facility to apply for registration of an alpha name directly from your user account. The fields required for this application will vary based on your country.
Changing Country and Time Zone:
To change the country and time zone specified during registration:
- Go to your Profile Settings.
- Access the Account Settings: Click on the "gear" icon in the upper right corner to go to the Account Settings section.
- Locate the Settings: In the Settings window, find the sections for Country or Time Zone.
- Changing the Country: Click on the Country section. In the new module window, select the required country from the drop-down list and click "Save".
- Changing the Time Zone: Click on the Time Zone section in the list of settings. In the new module window, select the desired time zone and click "Save".
Important! The changes will only take effect after you log in to your account again. To do this, click the "gear" icon in the upper right corner, log out of your account, and then log in again using your username and password.
