What is "account mode"? What is Test Mode?
Your account has several operation modes with different functions: demo (demonstration mode after registration), test mode and commercial mode (the mode when all possible functions are available).
Test Mode
This is the second level of studying the system. It allows you to take advantage of all the functionality with only one limit — you can only use the phone numbers currently available to you for messagings (no mass campaigns yet, but it’s not for long).
You can only send SMS and HLR messages to phone numbers that have been uploaded to the contact book with confirmation (no mass campaigns yet, but it’s not for long). The Viber section is available for viewing, but can be activated only after signing an agreement with your manager and placing a deposit.
To fully use the test mode, you must complete 4 registration steps:
- add email,
- add a phone number,
- specify the account currency,
- specify your time zone.
This can be done in the pop-ups immediately after the registration. But if you closed those pop-up windows without filling them, you can fill in all the required fields in the Settings section.
1. Click on the "gear" icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Add an email (to confirm it, go to your inbox and find the email from our support service. It will contain a link that you should follow to confirm the address).
4. Select the currency.
5. Specify your country.
6. Select your time zone.
- select a currency,
- specify your country and time zone.
To switch from Test mode to full commercial use, you should select a tariff from those available for your country and make the first payment.
Note! For some countries, enabling the commercial mode automatically is not available. Only our manager can enable it after your request.
If you specified one of the following countries — Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, or Belarus, — please contact your personal manager to enable commercial mode.
