Send a personalised message

When you receive a group message, it may initially appear general and impersonal. However, with your BSG account, you have the ability to personalize these messages. Personalized SMS messages allow you to:

• Submit customer information.
• Engage effectively with your target audience.
• Boost conversion rates in your marketing campaigns.

When your contact list is ready, you can automate message personalization. You decide the fields to be used for sending, but remember that the first column (0) must always contain the recipient's number in the international format. Here's how to proceed:

1. Go to Contacts page in settings
2. Press “Import contacts”
3. Pick a delimiter: use Tab for xls files, and a comma or semicolon for csv files
4. Drop the prepared the Exel file below. Check the format below.

• The Excel file should be prepared in the following format:

• Subsequently, the campaign messages will adhere to this structure: 'Hello (1) (2), Here is (3).'
• Ensure you review the SMS Campaign Preview to verify if the text is formatted as desired.
