Prepare an Excel Table

Create an Excel table of a similar format. Replace the placeholder column titles (1) and (2) with relevant data specific to your campaign. Ensure the format remains consistent throughout the table.

Upload the Table

Navigate to the 'Contacts' section within your SMS platform.

Click the 'Import' button to access the file upload feature.

Load a File with Phone Numbers

In the file selection menu, choose the file containing your Excel table.

Drag and drop your file into the designated upload area.

Set Up the File

Select the appropriate file format corresponding to your document: TXT, CSV, XLS/XLSX. Ensure the file does not exceed the maximum size of 100 MB.

Choose the divider you use in the loaded file.

Further, in the text field all text written in this form: "Hello, (1) (2)" will be replaced by the following "Hello Some_name Some_parameter".

Click Apply and choose the uploaded contact list when creating a campaign.

Set Up Personalization Parameters

In the text field, format your message using placeholders like "Hello, (1) (2)". These will be automatically replaced with personalized data, such as "Hello, [First Name] [Additional Parameter]".

Apply Settings

Click 'Apply' to confirm your settings.

When creating a new campaign, select the contact list you have uploaded.
Remember to double-check that the placeholders in your message template correspond correctly to the columns in your Excel table. This ensures each recipient receives a personalized SMS tailored to them.
