Viber is available through the BSG OMNI platform, when interacting through an API or using
personal account of the client.
The advantage of OMNI is that the system allows you to have a backup communication channel in case the Viber message does not reach the end user. You can simultaneously use additional communication channels to ensure that your important messages are delivered to the end user in a timely manner. For example, an SMS message can be generated automatically if the end user has not received a Viber message.
This can happen if the user does not have Viber installed or there is no Internet connection and the message has not been received.
OMNI allows you to automate mobile communication and organize it through preferred channels, thus creating a unique user experience and reducing costs. Below is an example of using the web interface. BSG – Personal Account shows how simple and easy it is to line up with OMNI priority communication channels in accordance with the client's business logic. In this example, Viber is selected as the preferred channel, and SMS is the first backup option. Thus, you optimize expenses according to your preferences and budget.
