To view callback statistics, go to the Callback tab in the https://wst.bsg.world/#!/site/214/calls/statistics toolbar
Manager Connection: If the manager did not pick up the first time the call was initiated and the call was transferred to another manager or ended, the status Transferred will be displayed next to the number. If the manager answers the call, the status in this column will be displayed as Direct.
Call status: displays the actual status of the call that was initiated by the system. The table below explains the possible statuses:

The manager was busy when we called, we were unable to connect to the client |
2 | The client is busy | The customer number was busy when called |
3 | The client did not answer | During the call, the client did not answer the incoming call |
4 | The manager replied | The call was completed successfully |
5 | The client replied | The customer picked up the phone, but the manager did not answer |
6 | The manager canceled the call | The manager rejected the call |
7 | The manager did not answer | The manager did not answer |
8 | The client is in the block list | The client is in the block list |
