How to configure Telegram bot chat in WST

To activate the Telegram bot chat on the site, go to the Messenger section.

1. Follow the instructions in the Settings section (2) to create a bot if you don't already have one
2. In the field (1) you need to copy and add the key to the bot (token)
3. After you click Save, the system performs a token check. If the test is passed, the bot will be connected automatically.
4. To add chat managers to Telegram, go to Managers control and click Add

In the modal window, specify:

• Name
• Manager's phone - it will be a login for authorization in the administrative bot
• Password for authorization in the bot
• Manager status. If the manager is not activated, he will not be able to log in to the chatbot
