Bot menu formats:
In order to view the active dialogs, the manager must go to the Available thread section of the menu after logging in to the bot's manager account. By selecting the dialog, the manager will have access to the entire history of communication with the user.
The chatbot pauses the active dialog, displays a list of available dialogs and changes the set of commands in the menu.
The dialog will be automatically paused if there is no activity for more than 24 hours.
The chatbot displays a list of managers to transmit this dialog.
