How to set up Autodial by Email

To get started with Autodial, activate the service at https://wst.bsg.world/#!/site/216/autodial/main. 

Go to Settings https://wst.bsg.world/#!/site/216/autodial/settings. 

The Autodial service works through integration with third-party services. By default, it is connected to the SendPulse email service.

Currently, the service is available only with the SendPulse email service. If you use another service and want to connect to the Autodial service from BSG, leave a request through the technical support specialist support@bsg.world.

In the appropriate fields on the settings page, enter the API Key and API Secret from your SendPulse account. You can copy the keys in the API section of the SendPulse account settings https://login.sendpulse.com/settings/#api.

Copy the webhook in the BSG Autodial settings and specify this link in the SendPulse service settings by selecting the Email opened trigger.
