1. Go to the Autodial page https://wst.bsg.world/#!/site/216/autodial/main and click Add Autodial
2. In the modal window that opens, fill in all the fields.
Sender Email and Template fields are pulled directly from your SendPulse account and configured on the friendly service side.
For the correct operation of the service, pay attention to the structuring of data in the list of contacts that you download. The first column should contain full-size phone numbers with the country code, followed by emails.
Based on the data specified in the modal window, the SendPulse service will automatically create and run an email campaign.
Campaigns can have the following statuses:
- Not filled - campaign created, but not all data was filled for launch
- Not started - All data to run the campaign has been entered, but it was not started
- In work - the campaign is launched, the mailing has started, the system monitors the opening to initiate calls
To view AutoCall campaign results, go to the Reports tab.
In the top panel of the table, in the drop-down table, select the campaign for which you want to view statistics
The report table contains information about the contacts of the user to whom the Auto Call was initiated, the date, duration and cost of the call, as well as possible actions - download and listen to the conversation.
